When to Arrive and Depart:
Tuesday, September 15 – Arrival Day
Plan to arrive in Columbia between morning and midday. The Depot opens for check-in at 12 PM (NOON) and pass pick-up runs until 7:00 PM. After checking in and picking up your pass, explore downtown Columbia, settle into The Atrium or The General Store for conversation and refreshments.* A variety of activations, culinary experiences, and field trips will be available throughout the afternoon before we gather for our official Kick-Off event at 6:00 PM.
Wednesday, September 16 – First Full Day
Wednesday kicks off the first full day of programming, featuring a mix of Main Stage talks and smaller venue sessions beginning at 9:30 AM. Daytime programming runs through the afternoon, and the evening continues with happy hours, dinners, and late-night experiences. Plan for a full day and night.
Thursday, September 17 – Final Day
Thursday is the final day, with morning and early-afternoon Summit Sessions leading into a closing Main Stage session at 3:00 PM. The Summit winds down with celebratory happy hours and dinners beginning at 5:30 PM. We recommend departing Friday morning, or Thursday evening at the earliest, so you don't miss the closing moments.
**Access to certain amenities and events depends on your pass type.*
Airport & Transportation Info
Columbia Regional Airport (COU) is approximately 12 miles away with daily direct flights from Chicago, Dallas, and Denver. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available.
STL (St. Louis) and MCI (Kansas City) airports are the next closest options.
If you're interested in booking a shuttle from STL, there are a few options. Mo-X is our first recommendation. They will be able to drop you directly off at the check-in location.
